  1. Start your day with warm to hot water with lemon. Helps get liver, gallbladder and digestive system releasing.
  2. Drink at least half your weight in ounces of water/day (best between meals).
  3. Give up sugar and sugar content meals (breads, pastas, pizza, fried potatoes, cheese etc). Choose one at a time.
