Transforming from obese to six-pack abs will take some time and an immense amount of dedication  and die- hard efforts.

When you will achieve six-pack abs, the number of compliments or the appreciation you will get from the people around you will be always inferior compare to the amount of hard work you have put in. The fun fact is if it has taken one year for you to transform, people will get normal with your abs within weeks unless you will refreshing their memories during social activities.

One will not keep getting compliments forever. So  be prepared for this kind of stuff.



  • YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND REALITY:-

After getting a good physic one can tell this from practical experience as a trainer and talking to other guys who have legendary physic.

yes getting good physic or body will definitely make you confident within yourself, but just having a good body will not make you get girls you want. Alongwiith one need to be gentle and smart too.

if you are male having a very good body, the majority of the time only meals will be complimenting you.



  • "THESE EXCERCISES TONE YOUR BODY ":-

These are favorite word of Every fitness expert. Toning is just a word to deliver with clients. There is no difference between building muscle and “toning.” It’s just a word to try to lure men and women to buy fitness products.
In practical there is no such word "Toning". It basically refers to massive transformation of body and it's all muscular regimes, from hrash fatty stuff to well-shaped body figure.




  • REALITY OF FOUR-SIX-EIGHT-TEN PACK ABS:- 

Oour abdominal base comprises a  single muscle andt ridges, Valley you see are not muscles. Six pack or eight pack which is visible to you is not actually muscles, so  some people could have six-pack abs some people could have 4 pack abs and some people could have even 10 pack abs.

in fact for some people, a very minute amount of the population could not have that ridges and Valley at all despite achieving very low body fat percentage.



  • SQUATS ARE BAD FOR KNEES:- 

This is again a rumour being usually heard around gyms. Actually doing any exercise in the wrong way will be bad for you somehow. This fact will also apply on Squats.
Squats are a great exercise, definitely it imposes a immense load and pressure on knee joint but when done properly it can be one of the best movements out there.




  • FOCUS ON STRENGTHENING, THE CORE ABS TRANSFORMS AUTOMATICALLY:-

I know this is a very controversial statement, but it's not new for the coaches who are well informed and understand strength and conditioning very well.

Abdominal muscle like any other muscle, you don't need to treat it separately and give special care.  If you carryout the  squat and deadlift heavy enough and achieve the low body fat percentage then, you will get abs anyway. These excercises recruits abs very heavily. so much so so that if you do it then it will create the same effect as training abs.




  • GREEN TEA IS NOT A FAT BURNER :-

The myth behind Green Tea consumption is that, that it increases the metabolism. Unfortunately no scientific study proves that green tea increases the metabolism. One can have it definitely for it's taste only.

  • MYTH POTATOE AND RICE ARE FATTY:-

First Talk About Rice:-
Rice has a very high amount of calorie density if you compare it in the hundred-gram raw rice after cookingb but it does not mean that rice is fattening, The nutritional profile of rice per 100 grams has very low fat.  Rice is a carbohydrate rich source.

Now Talk About Potato:-
Potato is also a low fat and high carbohydrate source but I can tell you that potato could be a very good fat loss tool. The simple reason behind it, potato is a very high satiety index score food it means despite having high carbohydrates, it will make you feel full very quickly. This is a practical, when you are very hungry just eat one or two small boiled potato, you will feel that you are Hunger has suppressed immediately.

  • MYTH BEHIND SIX MEALS IN A DAY:-
There have been numerous study done on this topic that if you eat the same amount of calories in 3 meals versus in 6 meals, then the fluctuations in your weight would be the same in both conditions.  There are a lot of people who feel more hungry if they eat the same amount of calorie in 6 meals instead of 3 or 4. Because of increased hunger they might gain weight.  For a very small population eating 6 times a day is not a bad idea, but not for majority of people it's not worth it.
Most of the people can't eat 6 times a day because of their job, work or lifestyle.

  • SWEATING IN GYM DOESN'T MEAN LOOSE WEIGHT :-

Sweating in the gym is not bad at all but you are losing weight if you are sweating every day may not be inside the gym.  In fact, it is also possible that you may lose a large amount of your weight without sweating in the gym.
The only reason of pointing out this topic is that I have noticed people in gym, who are novice automatically think that, just because they are sweating they will definitely lose weight, and by thinking so and believing in this kind of stuff we get false impression of their achievement, and when they fail, they don't know what to do.


  • SWEATING OR CARDIO DOESN'T MEAN MORE FAT BURNT :-
It's again a myth that Cardio should be used as a tool to help you lose fat, but it isn’t the only way. Too much cardio will actually “burn” muscle, too. Also, how much you sweat doesn’t correlate with fat burned; you can lift heavy, not sweat much, but still burn more calories than jumping on the treadmill!

  • SUPPLIMENTS ARE STIMULENTS NOT DRUGS:-
This is the Classic myth prevailing in Indian gyms
people in India think that supplements are drugs or steroid, but nothing is further from the truth. In reality, supplements are supposed to you take when you are not able to required nutrients from the real food. For example you need 150 grams of protein every day, but as a vegetarian, you are struggling to get 100 grams of protein at that point of time whey protein supplements come into the picture and help you in getting that additional 50 grams of protein which is required to reach your goal.
If you are reaching that 150 grams of protein goal with food itself then you don't need to take that supplement at all ,but if you are not reaching that goal and you don't want to take supplement then you must have suppliments suggested by your nutritionist, coach or trainer.

  • SUPPLIMENTS ARE STIMULANT NOT DRUGS:-
As I say earlier supplementse not a drug they are not going to give you effect like drugs, in fact whey protein is made from the milk while making cheese, so it will give you the same effect as a milk protein.
If you are getting X amount of protein from your diet and you replace it with the whey protein, it will give you the same effect. Now, taking suppliments means you owe to your target of gaining muscle at a stipulated time, hence stick to the workout and schedule with determination. Keeping the mindset that only suppliments itself will grow up your vessels, will give you nothing rather then upsets in the end of day.Harder you owe towards suppliments more promisingly you need to get attached with your training.


  • CALCULATION FOR MUSCLES GAIN:-
As a beginner in the gym you can reach your 50% of the genetic potential in the first year of the gym if you do things correctly, and then 50% of the remaining portion gradually every year.
 For example, if  your genetic potential is to build 20 kg of the muscle in your lifetime you will be able to build 10kg of the muscle in your 1st year of the gym. After  the first year you will be able to build 5 kg muscle if you do things correctly and next to that 2.5 kg and next to that only 1.25 kg. So, you will be able to squeeze your maturity of the genetic potential of building muscle in just 3 years doing the gym.

  • EAT EVERYTHING YOU WISH TO:-
Yes that is what I finally recommend, eat everything you wish to eat. Don't give burden to your tongue. Imagine eating that ice cream and molten lava brownie and still have a 6 pack and still look good and be healthy. This is called flexible dieting, in where I know exactly what I’m eating, and how much of it I need to change my body.
The  the only thing I would like to suggest to everyone is to learn and aware about nutritional value of food.

It's a never ending process, it means you must be very consistent. if you want to see good results frequently. Transformation of body actually doesn't men detoxify or removing of fat, it actually means "living a healthier life and to Perdue it till it becomes a habit"...the way like that. It doesn’t take limited weeks or period, it takes longer and more. Because in my view it is a test of your discipline or test of your patience towards transforming your body.
